Fitness Re-Boot

Time to dust off the lungs and muscles, and re-charge your horse’s fitness. Join us for a morning clinic that will get you all geared up for the season ahead. Held at Jec’s home barn in a lovely, quiet setting. This clinic will cover the bases from just starting up again after a winter layoff to building on fitness for those already in regular training. View schedule below. Limited to 10 participants.

9am: Master the “Walk Workout”. Guided 20-minute walk workout; learn how to maximize productivity without breaking a sweat.
9:30am: Arena Cardio Intervals
10:30am: Gearing up with Ground Poles. Plenty of ground pole patterns for all gaits to help your horse use his body with good form.
11:30: Dust off your Cues; practice riding over the bridge, tarp, opening gates from horseback, and other challenges to refine your signals and your horse’s focus.
$125 per rider. Auditors $25
